VISION

We envision a community where Third Culture Kids feel seen, guided, and at home in Filipino society. Through shared stories, we aim to build understanding between TCKs and non-TCKs, fostering empathy, belonging, and cultural connection. By using stories as light, we hope to illuminate every TCK’s journey toward identity and home.

MISSION

We aim to guide and support returning TCKs by gathering and sharing real stories of adjustment and growth. Through these stories, we create spaces for connection, promote understanding through education and awareness, and provide accessible resources that help TCKs and non-TCKs alike navigate Filipino culture with confidence and empathy.

MEET THE TEAM

We’re Rain, Keithly, Sophia, Mika, and Ryella, the team behind Halo-halong Ako. Through this project, we hope to shed light on the journeys of Filipino TCKs as they rediscover home and belonging.

PARTNER ORGANIZATION

Through our partnership with the Ateneo Student Exchange Council (ASEC), we were able to connect with many Third Culture Kids (TCKs) who were eager to share their stories. Whether through video features or written interviews, this collaboration allowed us to listen, learn, and give these voices a space to be seen and heard.
